- Peanut-free bakeries: A growing number of peanut-free bakeries are popping up in larger cities, so it’s possible, though often less convenient, to find peanut- and nut-free cupcakes that are made for you.

Allergy-Friendly Caramel Popcorn
This dairy-free, vegan recipe is free of common food allergens and contains no dairy, nuts, or peanuts. Serve in little treat bags.

Layer parfait in clear plastic cups. Here are five ideas:
- Dirt and Worms: Chocolate pudding layered with crunched Oreos and topped with gummy worms. Kids love it.
- Tropical Paradise: Chunks of pineapple, mango, and orange layered with lime yogurt and sprinkled with coconut flakes. Top with a paper umbrella.
- Red, White, and Blue: Strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream.
- Peach Crumble: Peach slices, vanilla yogurt, and safe granola, such as Enjoy Life Foods Cinnamon Crunch Granola.
- Strawberry Cheesecake: Fresh sliced strawberries layered with cream cheese frosting and nut-free graham cracker crumbs.
Rice Krispie Treats
Rice Krispie Treats are great desserts for kids with multiple food allergies. These treats are peanut, nut, egg, and wheat-free. (Note that they are NOT gluten-free or dairy-free and that you should double-check the ingredients on the marshmallows used to make certain they’re peanut- and nut-free.)
- Krispie Cookies: Pat the treats firmly into a 9 x 13 pan. Cool and cut into shapes using cookie cutters. Decorate as desired.
- Krispie Cake: Make a double batch of treats and press into well-greased nine-inch cake pans. Frost and decorate like a regular cake.
- Krispie Lollipops: Create Krispie Cookies. Cut circles while slightly warm. Gently push a popsicle stick into each treat. Wrap in cellophane or plastic wrap and tie a ribbon around each handle.
- Krispie Kebab: Add some bite-size Rice Krispie treats to your fruit kebab.
